This page lists some of the commonly asked questions about placing an order for the prints. If these don't answer your question, please send an email to Curt.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We process all United States orders within seven business days. Orders from outside the US please call us for information.
Q: Do I have to pay extra for shipping?
A: The price of the print includes shipping charges for all sales in the continental Unites States of America.
Q. What type of payment will you accept?
A. We can accept instant, secure payments from anyone with a credit card or checking account! We are set up to accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and E-Checks thru Pay Pal on this website. We also accept postal money orders sent thru the United States postal system to our mailing address. We chose PayPal as our secure on-line processor for electronic sales. If you don't have a Pay Pal account you can sign-up at the Pay Pal website which is located at www.paypal.com. It's free and does not cost you anything. We are a Verified PayPal account. You can verify this by clicking on the seal below.
Q. What quality of paper is used for the prints?
A. These prints are created at Graphic Solutions in Painted Post, NY using a Pro 600e Encad Nova Jet combined with archival quality UV resistant inks. This process creates a finished product meeting today's high standard in long lasting wide format printing.
